Question 1

How is this different from just asking ChatGPT myself?

Accepted Answer

Applaude asks the same questions across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, saves the answers, and scores how your business appears. These four tools form the headline score. Google AI Search results appear separately when available. Paid plans repeat your questions on a schedule so you can compare matching reports.

Question 2

How often do AI recommendations change?

Accepted Answer

Answers can vary between runs and as AI tools change. Recurring reports let you check the same questions over time. A change in your score is a finding to investigate, not a promise of more customers.

Question 3

Can I share reports with my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share any visibility report with a link, or export scores as CSV from the reports list. GEO audit reports include a PDF download. All plans include team seats (3 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 10 on Pro, and 25 on Enterprise) so multiple stakeholders can view the dashboard directly.

Question 4

What happens after I subscribe?

Accepted Answer

Review your business details, choose your questions, and start your first paid report. After that, your tracker runs on the schedule included in your plan.

Question 5

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel in billing settings at any time. Paid access continues through the end of your current billing period. There is no cancellation fee.

Question 6

Can I change my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Open billing settings to review available plan changes. Check the timing and any charges shown before you confirm a change.

Question 7

What's the difference between weekly and monthly tracking?

Accepted Answer

Starter runs monthly. Growth and Pro run weekly. Choose the schedule that fits how often you need a new report. Enterprise can agree a custom schedule.
